Service Description
Sand conditioning sessions are a perfect way for beach volleyball athletes to improve their strength and conditioning. I will provide a variety of exercises specifically tailored to beach volleyball athletes to help improve your strength, speed, agility and coordination. This session will focus on improving the player's ability to move and react quickly in the sand, as well as their ability to jump and hit higher. Through my sand conditioning session, beach volleyball athletes will be able to reach their peak performance level and take their game to the next level. Available for 1-4 athletes.
